We are very happy and happy to be able to finish 2009 with this meeting, which is very special and necessary for us: COOKING TO DEFEND THE TERRITORY

We will create and share a space for dialogue and exchange with La Repartidora, Caliu_Espai Editorial, Al Paladar and Terra_Centre Social.Bar

The day will begin with the presentation of the publications:

• Aboriginal people Voices of the resistance by the territory
• It came down to me. Cooking food sovereignty in the Valencian Country

Then we will discuss the importance of gastronomic spaces in food sovereignty and the defense of the territory, to end the dinner-buffet with 6 hands where we can continue to share projects, motivations, desires, frustrations…
