Eco asparagus (green and white), tartar sauce and romesco

Egg ointment, peas and homemade saltines

Fricandó PdbK: ball of eco beef and mushrooms from Penyagolosa

 

Main course (to choose)

Baked lamb with a touch of honey

Grilled Fernando Robres beef

Grilled meat

Sweet rice from galleys and artichokes (minimum 2 p.)

Fish of the week

Wild vegetable pancake with Guirra sheep cheese sauce  

 

Desserts

Some homemade sweets…

 

The menu also includes a basket of bread and water from Benassal

The menu is served by a full table
