Here is our new one Territory Menu – Summer 2024. We continue to work from the kitchen around our territory with seasonal and quality products so that you can enjoy a rooted, sustainable menu prepared with the utmost love and respect. Bon Appetit!

Veal of Fernando Robres grilled (surcharge €3)

Rabbit and free range chicken with mushrooms

Baked lamb with a hint of organic honey* Peach bite (€4 supplement)

Homemade pickles

Sweet rice of the day – Sènia PDO Valencia rice (minimum 2 p.)

Tumbet of "islands" of organic vegetables* byeco grade
