AUTUMN MENU I

Village bread, hanging tomatoes and varietal extra virgin olive oils from our regions
Autumn here: Flat Salad with figs, almonds, quince, fresh cheese and a touch of sardine
Autumn in Maestrat: Mushrooms, Sant Pau eggs and Mosquerola ham
Autumn on the coast: squid from Vinaròs, eco vegetables from Ecograu and saffron from Jiloca
