Salty, sweet, bitter

Artichoke tartare, avocado and smoked lettuce.

Rich man, poor man:

Warm goose terrine, arugula salad and fig vinaigrette

Spoon slow food

Beans from confit, galleys and saffron of the Jiloca

Main course (to choose)

Grilled eco veal

Grilled pork tenderloin, salted nougat and cauliflower

Candied pork cheeks with rosemary and muscat with its sauce

Grilled meat

Baked lamb with a touch of honey (supplement 3 euros)

Sweet rice of the day (minimum 2 p.)

Fish market (consult)

Homemade fresh pasta ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, truffle and camagrocs
