Salty, sweet, bitter...

Artichoke tartare, avocado and smoked lychee.

Warm goose terrine, arugula salad and fig vinaigrette

Slow food spoon

Beans from confit, galleys and saffron of the Jiloca

Main course (to choose)

Eco-grilled beef

Grilled pork fillet, salty nougat and cauliflower

Pork cheeks confit in rosemary and muscat with their sauce

Grilled meat

Baked lamb with a touch of honey (surcharge 3 euros)

Sweet rice of the day (minimum 2 p.)

Codfish (consult)

Homemade fresh pasta ravioli filled with pumpkin, truffle and camagrocs

 The menu also includes a basket of bread and water from Benassal
